Fennel Flower Jelly

A distinct aniseed flavour delicious with yogurt, folded in to whipped cream, panna cotta, with meringues, victoria sponge cake, on toast, croissant or brioche

Gooseberry Jelly

Serving suggestions ~ use as you would jam, with toast, scones or croissant, spooned over yogurt, over ice cream. delicious with grilled mackerel or salmon

Rose Petal Jelly

The flavour and colour is entirely natural and comes from our beautiful rugosa roses.
delicious on yogurt, with ice cream,  for breakfast on toast or croissant, instead of jam on a Cornish cream tea. or a raspberry pavlova or stirred in to an Eton mess

Elderflower Jelly

Think of it as an alternative to jam, so delicious on toast, in a sponge, used in a drizzle cake, added to gooseberries for a fool, as a dressing on strawberries
